LETTING INFORMATION AND COSTS

In all of our properties we have an easy payment process. We require £100 to hold the room for you. This £100 is then used towards your move-in costs.

You then have 2 options for the deposit:

1) You can pay the equivalent of 1 months rent as a deposit and this is secured with DPS (Deposit Protection Service)

Example: Rent = £500, Deposit = £500. Total to move in is £1000. You have paid £100 to hold the room and the remaining amount to pay to move in is £900

2) You can pay £150 for our ‘No Deposit Option’. This is a one-off payment and is non refundable.

Example: Rent = £500, NDO = £150. Total to move in is £650. You have paid £100 to hold the room and the remaining amount to pay to move in is £550

The remaining amount is required at least 1 working day before your tenancy starts.

Letting type – Minimum 3 months (3 Months will incur a 15% premium on the advertised rental amount) Standard tenancy is 12 months with a 6 month break-clause

VIEWINGS

Viewings can be arranged ideally between the hours of 9am – 6pm however other times can be arranged prior to viewing. Virtual viewings also available.
We always need 24 hours notice to notify the current tenants in the household.
