Do you know anyone looking for a place to live? We offer a REFER A FRIEND SERVICE! We will pay £50 for each signed property contract brought our way.

Application Process

Once you have seen a property that is to your liking, please contact us to arrange a viewing, our Property manager will then meet you at the property to show you around. Virtual viewings also available!

After finding your perfect place to live we will then send you an application form to fill out. A reference and deposit will be required and secured with the Deposit Protection Service.

What’s Included?

All rooms are beautifully furnished to a high specification and INCLUSIVE of all bills. Our properties come with high speed WIFI and a cleaner for the communal areas as well as gardener, making it a comfortable and great place to live.

Please note:

• We do not accept DSS, Students (Mature working students are acceptable)
• Pets may be acceptable in our non house-share properties.
• Smoking is allowed outside of properties only.
